About this course:
Strandhill Golf Club is a classic 18-hole links course in County Sligo, set along Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way between the Atlantic Ocean and Knocknarea mountain. Established in 1931, this par 70 layout unfolds over rolling dunes, natural terrain and undulating fairways, with coastal winds adding an extra layer of challenge to every round.
The course has a true links character, rewarding creativity, strategy and sharp shot-making in changing conditions. Memorable holes are framed by dunes, beaches and sweeping Atlantic views, while practice and improvement are supported by PGA Professional-led tuition. Golfers will also find a golf shop, caddies and Montees Restaurant for a comfortable finish after the round.
