Enniscrone Golf Club’s The Dunes is a championship links course with 18 holes, delivering a true seaside golf experience along the Atlantic Ocean. Its rolling fairways and varied hole design demand precision, good pace, and smart decision-making in the wind, with a layout that balances length and strategy through a mix of short par 3s and long par 5s. The course is designed to test golfers of all levels while rewarding thoughtful play. Founded in 1918 and expanded to 18 holes in 1930, the club later saw a major redesign by golf course architect Eddie Hackett in 1970. Practice facilities include a driving range with grass tees and target greens, along with chipping and putting greens that offer realistic variation, while the clubhouse overlooks both the course and the coastline.
