About this course:
Bangor Golf Club, founded in 1903 in North Down, features an 18-hole par 71 parkland course designed by James Braid. The tree-lined fairways and coastal location offer panoramic views of Belfast Lough and the Antrim Hills. Known for tradition and class, it has hosted major tournaments including the Ulster and Irish Professional Championships. Rory McIlroy is an honorary member and was coached here. In 1962, Christy O’Connor Senior set a course record of 62, a memorable achievement.
