About this course:

Turnhouse Golf Club is a James Braid course west of Edinburgh, near Edinburgh International Airport. It offers a wide 360° view including the Pentland Hills, River Forth, Fife, and further north the Ochils and Highlands. The course has two loops of 9 holes starting and ending at the clubhouse, playing to a par of 69 for men and 73 for women from the longest tees of 6060 yards. The club features strong practice facilities with a 350-yard driving range, a USGA pitching green with bunkers, and two putting greens. PGA Professionals provide coaching, including indoor Trackman options. Founded in 1897, redesigned by James Braid in 1927, with current 7th and 8th holes from 1950. The club's history includes the Lothians Championship, Edinburgh Golf League, Morison Millar Tournament, and youth competitions.
