Shiskine Golf Club cover

About this course:

Shiskine Golf Club is a charming 12-hole seaside links on Arran Island, offering wide views over the coast and Kilbrannan Sound. The course lies on natural, gently rolling terrain, with two burns crossing the playing field where wind, shot selection, and timing are crucial. With many blind shots and sometimes steep greens, Shiskine demands tactical and precise play, making each round challenging and varied. The club dates back to 1896 and was partly shaped by course architect Willie Fernie. Originally a 9-hole course, it expanded to 12 holes while retaining its distinctive links character. After the round, the clubhouse is a pleasant place to relax.
