Milton Ferry, Peterborough, Cambs, PE6 7AG
Peterborough Milton Golf Club is a classic James Braid parkland course on the historic Fitzwilliam Estate. The 18 holes form a par 71 and offer a challenging round for golfers of various levels. Tree-lined fairways and well-defended greens require precise shots and smart positioning from the tee. The large lake between the 1st and 18th fairways adds character and creates a beautiful, varied landscape throughout the year. The 18th hole is a fine finish, with an elevated tee over the pond, along Lake Temptation, and with the clubhouse in view. Founded in 1938, the club has a rich history, with visits from names like Henry Cotton and Bobby Locke, and exhibition matches with Ryder Cup stars in the sixties and seventies.
