About this course:
Burghley Park Golf Course is set in the parkland around Burghley House, on the edge of Stamford. This 18-hole course combines parkland with traditional links features, with trees along many holes and a natural look that suits every season. The rolling landscape, designed in the spirit of Lancelot 'Capability' Brown, gives the course a nice sense of space and flow. A clear highlight is Amen Corner, from holes 12 to 14: a challenging par-4, followed by an uphill par-3 with out-of-bounds on the left, and then a par-4 known as the toughest hole on the course. Founded in 1890, Burghley Park Golf Club has a long tradition and also offers coaching, custom fitting, and a pleasant clubhouse to relax before or after your round.
