About this course:
The Classic at Madden’s on Gull Lake is a traditional golf course set among towering oaks and the natural beauty of northern Minnesota. Its tranquil setting, scenic views and meticulously maintained greens create a memorable round, while the layout offers a fair test for golfers of all levels. Players can also choose to experience the course with a caddie, adding another dimension to the round.
The Classic has also hosted major competitive golf, including the 2025 Minnesota State Amateur Championship. Recognized among America’s 100 Greatest Public Courses and the Top 200 Resort Courses, it offers multiple tee options, with Tour 7102, Black 6717 and Blue 6438 providing different levels of challenge. Instruction by Class A PGA Pros is also available for golfers looking to sharpen their game.
