Forest Links Road, Ferndown, Dorset, BH22 9PH
Ferndown Forest Golf Club is a scenic 18-hole course in an ancient forest, featuring winding streams and water hazards. The course is very flat and relatively short at about 5014 yards, making it accessible for beginners and intermediates. The front nine focuses on precise course management, while the back nine offers more risk and reward opportunities, including several par-5s to pressure the scoreboard. Two holes stand out: the Par 4 11th with a dogleg and a shot over a beautiful lake to a protected green, and the Par 5 18th as a true risk-and-reward finisher with a river inviting an aggressive play. The club also offers a spacious driving range with Toptracer, a floodlit putting and chipping green, and coaching by PGA professionals.
