About this course:

Durness Golf Club is spectacularly located on Scotland's north coast along the North Coast 500. This 9-hole links course, designed by Lachie Ross, Ian Morrison, and Francis Keith and opened in 1988, also offers a full 18-hole experience with second tees. The course fits beautifully into the rugged coastal landscape, with holes running alongside Loch Lanlish, featuring small greens and challenging rough beyond the fairway. One of the most memorable holes is the only par 5 on hole 6/15, where the ball bends around Loch Lanlish to the green. The par 3 on hole 9/18 also demands precision, with a tee shot over a sea inlet to a sand-protected green. The club has a unique history and includes a clubhouse with Cafe Nineteen attached.
