About this course:
Delamere Forest Golf Club is a traditional heathland golf course on the edge of Delamere Forest in Cheshire, designed by Herbert Fowler. The classic 18-hole course is on sandy, well-draining soil, making it playable year-round. The varied heath and woodland landscape gives each hole its own character, offering a challenging yet enjoyable round without "up and down holes." Since its founding in 1910, the club exudes history, with an Alfred Powles clubhouse as a distinctive part of its atmosphere. Delamere Forest Golf Club is also known as a pre-qualifying course for the AIG Women's Open Championship, highlighting the reputation of this English golf course.
