About this course:
Whittington Heath Golf Club is an 18-hole heathland course dating back to 1886. Located on Whittington Heath beside Whittington Barracks, it is known for its open character, varied play options, and year-round playability. In 1927, Harry Colt redesigned it to 18 holes in harmony with the heathland. Later, Jonathan Gaunt further redesigned it with five new holes and a reroute used since March 2022. This blend of tradition and innovation gives Whittington Heath a distinctly challenging character. The nearby barracks add a historic backdrop, deeply felt in the club culture.
