About this course:

West Wilts Golf Club, founded in 1891, is one of the oldest traditional courses in southwest England. The 18-hole course sits atop a hill above Warminster, featuring inland links character and wide views over three counties. Designed by J.H. Taylor, it offers fine fairways and greens, with small greens and rolling approaches challenging the short game. The hilly terrain and excellent chalk drainage create a challenging yet playful course. The clubhouse provides a welcoming 19th hole with bar and restaurant, overlooking the first tee and 18th green in summer. The club hosts open events including Seniors and Junior Opens.
