Water's Edge Country Club is a private 18-hole golf course with a clear PGA Championship character, designed by R.F. Loving, Jr. The course is located at Smith Mountain Lake, where water influences many holes. Both the lake and the Blue Ridge Mountains are visible from the course, giving each round a distinctive landscape. The iconic Island Green on hole 7 is one of the most recognizable features on the course.
