About this course:
Vidago Palace Hotel Golf is an 18-hole par 72 course, originally designed by Mackenzie Ross in 1936 and later redesigned by Cameron & Powell. The course was fully rebuilt to USGA specs, preserving the original design's character. The natural landscape strongly shapes the play experience: tees are supported by local stone walls and ancient trees provide beautiful contrasts along the fairways. The first four holes are in the centenary park, followed by 11 holes from the Oura Valley. The final three holes play from the top of the centenary park with wide views over hills and villages. Practice facilities include a 340m driving range, chipping area, two putting greens, and a Golf Academy with a modern practice course.
