Is this suggested description update correct: Turtle Point Yacht and Country Club is a versatile golf club in Northwest Alabama, located directly on Wilson Lake. The 18-hole championship golf course was designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and is known for its natural elevation changes, a challenging course layout, and inspiring holes. This makes the course attractive to golfers who want to play strategically and test their precision. The club began in the early 1950s and grew into a family-oriented private club with an extensive clubhouse. Historically, tournaments like the SEC Championship, State Amateur Championship, and Southern Amateur have played an important role, as have special events such as the Jack Nicklaus Golf Exhibition. Turtle Point also offers a smooth playing experience, with a round designed to be completed in four hours or less.?
