Tierra Verde Golf Club opened in 1998 near Arlington, blending golf with nature. Designed by Graham & Panks International with Arlington and Audubon International, it was Texas' first Audubon Signature Sanctuary golf course and the world's first municipal course with this certification, highlighting its eco-conscious design. The 18-hole course features sculpted fairways, strategic bunkers, water hazards, framed by majestic trees and native grasses. Each hole has five tees for varied distances. Training facilities include a state-of-the-art golf learning center, illuminated driving range, three-hole mastery course, large chipping and putting greens, plus PGA/LPGA pro lessons and clinics.
