About this course:
The Prairie Club’s Dunes Course is an 18-hole, par-73 links-style course designed by Tom Lehman and Chris Brands. Playing from 5,845 to 8,073 yards, it unfolds across the wind-shaped Sandhills with dramatic elevation changes, wide-open views, and massive blowouts of prairie grass that shape every decision and every shot.
With fescue and colonial bentgrass, average fairway widths of around 58 yards, and peak-season greens running at about 11 on the Stimpmeter, the course rewards control, patience, and a low, penetrating ball flight. Golfers who are comfortable in the wind and ready to keep moving forward will find a demanding but memorable round.
