About this course:

The Golf House Club, Elie’s Old Petty is an 18-hole links course designed by Tom Doak, opening on 15 May 2026 as a modern tribute to Inverness’s past. Set along a tidal estuary in the Scottish Highlands at the Moray Firth, it brings golfers close to a 400-year-old castle and the Old Petty Church, built in 1839. One of its most distinctive features is the crossing of the 1st and 18th holes, a bold design touch that adds memorable variety from the opening tee to the final hole. Played in an authentic links style, Old Petty blends natural coastal character with strategic interest. As part of the Cabot Highlands setting beside Castle Stuart, it offers open views and a round that rewards smart course management.
