Stand Golf Club, founded in 1904, offers a challenging 18-hole course blending parkland and heathland. The 6318-yard, par 72 layout with an SSS of 71 features firm fairways and fast, demanding greens, providing a serious test for all skill levels. Sandy soil ensures excellent drainage and year-round playability. The open landscape offers wide views over Lancashire and the surrounding area. Stand has two par fives and two par threes, with the spring standout hole being the par 3 13th, surrounded by bunkers and rhododendrons. Holes 4, 6, 9, and 10 also stand out as signature holes adding excitement around the turnaround.
