Spring Valley Road 300, 29223 Columbia
Spring Valley Country Club is an 18-hole championship golf course on 150 acres, designed by George Cobb in 1960 and renovated in 1999 by John B. Lafoy III. The course is set in a green environment with elevation changes, large lakes, smaller ponds, wildflowers, and abundant wildlife. Bermuda fairways and Mini Verde Bermuda greens give the classic holes a beautiful character, with notable bunkers, spacious greens, and elevated tees. As a year-round golf destination, Spring Valley offers a challenging round for both beginners and tournament players. The club has existed for over 60 years and hosts annual tournaments including Member-Member and Member-Guest. For training, there is a 3-tier driving range and a short game facility for chipping and putting, alongside an extensive junior program such as the PGA Junior League.
