Spring Creek Golf & Country Club is a private club with a classic, relaxed country-club atmosphere, founded in 1965. The championship course lies along the Stanislaus River, among valley oaks, evergreens, and surrounding orchards, in a park-like setting just outside town. The 18-hole course plays to par 71 and measures just over 6400 yards from the Championship tees. With five tee setups, it offers golf for various skill levels. The design demands thoughtful play, featuring numerous doglegs, water and other hazards, and strategically placed bunkers around the greens. The manicured bentgrass greens and Bermuda grass fairways give the course a well-maintained and tactical character.
