Smithfield Road 47, 40065 Shelbyville
Shelbyville Country Club is an 18-hole par 72 course designed by Buck Blankenship. It features mature trees, rolling terrain, and fast, tricky greens. Accurate play is rewarded; misses often end up in trees, thick rough, or bunkers. Water hazards and greens with elevation changes, including two-tier greens, add challenge and require control and patience. Established in 1934 as Shelbyville Golf and Fishing Club with 9 holes on farmland, it has grown into a full 18-hole course. Facilities include a full-length driving range with practice bunker, a practice putting green, and PGA Golf Instruction.
