Schaumburg Golf Club is a 27-hole course in Schaumburg, designed as a championship layout offering varied rounds. It features three nine-hole loops: Tournament Nine, Players Nine, and Baer Nine, ranging from about 6,097 to 6,700 yards. Bent grass tees, fairways, and greens are well maintained, with gently rolling terrain providing wide views and requiring accuracy. Originally built in 1928, acquired by Schaumburg Park District in 1989, and renovated by Bob Lohmann. The clubhouse has a prairie-style, Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired design, with a pro shop, restaurants, and meeting spaces. Training facilities include a full-service practice area with grass tee and mats, two putting greens, a practice bunker, pitching area, and The Academy with certified instructors.
