Lower Ganges Road 805, V8K 2N5 Salt Spring Islanf
Salt Spring Island Golf and Country Club is a West Coast golf course on Salt Spring Island with a history dating back to 1928. The 9-hole course has a par of 36 and measures 3,037 yards. Rolling fairways, water features, and mature forest provide varied play, set against the northeastern slopes of Mount Erskine. The rugged terrain adds character, while the layout with two par 5s, two par 3s, and the rest par 4s offers pleasant variety. Alternate tees allow the course to be played as a full-length “Back 9” over 18 holes, while forward tees reduce the length to 2,760 yards. For practice, there is a driving range and a practice green, and the clubhouse has been expanded and renovated over the years, including in the early 1970s by architect Hank Schubart.
