Royal Waterloo Golf Club is in Ohain near Waterloo battlefield. Founded in 1923, settled in 1961 at Marache site, designed by Hawtree family. Play 45 holes on three courses: The Marache (18 holes, par 73, 6,272 m), The Lion (18 holes), The Bois-Héros (9 holes, par 33, 2,113 m). The Marache is a championship course with USGA-standard greens; The Bois-Héros is a wooded, hilly course for all levels. The club values tradition, nature, and sustainability on 140 hectares. Hosts international tournaments including European Tour and Challenge Tour.
