River Club of Mequon is a 27-hole golf course in Mequon, north of Milwaukee, with three nines: Woodland, River, and Highland. Designed by David Gill and later upgraded by Bob Lohman, the varied layout combines water, rolling grasslands, and trees along the fairways, emphasizing precision and course management. With five tee sets, the course suits multiple skill levels, from developing golfers to those focusing on accuracy. Founded in 1963, the club has a strong tournament tradition including US Open Local Qualifying, WI State Open Qualifier, WI State Amateur Qualifier, and WSGA State Junior. Year-round training is supported by two state-of-the-art golf simulators, plus lessons and clinics at the club.
