Portmarnock Golf Club cover

About this course:

Portmarnock Golf Club is a championship links course set on a narrow stretch of shallow duneland along the coastline, about 10 miles north of Dublin City. Across its 27 holes, the course is known for its exposed, true-test character and its serpentine route through classic linksland, rewarding golfers who think carefully about every line and tactic from the first tee to the last green. With more than 120 years of history, Portmarnock has welcomed many renowned players, including Arnold Palmer, Sam Snead, Phil Mickelson and David Duval. It has also been a regular stage for major competition, hosting the European Tour’s Irish Open Championship 19 times, along with events such as the Canada Cup, the Dunlop Masters, the Walker Cup and the 2019 Amateur Championship.
