Golf Course Road, PH16 5QY Pitlochry, GB
Pitlochry Golf Course is an inland course in Scotland’s Highlands gateway, overlooking the Tummel Valley with a striking mountainous backdrop. The 18-hole, par 69 layout plays across undulating terrain with manicured greens and tree-lined fairways, creating a rewarding test for a wide range of golfers. Its fast, sloping greens and need for accurate shotmaking add to the challenge, while the setting gives the course a strong sense of place. Dating back to the early 1900s, Pitlochry Golf Course was constructed in 1908, with Willie Fernie of Troon commissioned as the original designer and later changes helping shape the layout over time. Golfers also have access to a clubhouse, Pro Shop, and a driving range of more than 300 yards, with tuition available from the club professional.
