About this course:

Pine Needles Lodge & Golf Club in North Carolina is a classic Donald Ross course that was built in 1927 and opened in 1928. This 18-hole layout stretches over 7,000 yards and is known for its gently contoured greens, strategic bunkering, and design that asks for precision and patience. A 2017 restoration by Kyle Franz helped preserve Ross’s original vision while keeping the course engaging for modern play. The club also offers The Loop, a four-hole short-game practice loop with three par 3s and a short par 4, along with renovated greens designed for quality putting surfaces. Pine Needles has a strong championship legacy, having hosted four U.S. Women’s Open Championships, most recently in 2022.
