20 Clubhouse Rd, Santa Cruz, CA
Pasatiempo Golf Club is an Alister MacKenzie design that opened in 1929 and stands among the historic golf courses of the United States. Set across rolling hills overlooking Monterey Bay, the 18-hole layout uses natural elevation changes and sand to create a memorable, strategic test for golfers who enjoy thoughtful shot-making. With multiple tee sets and a championship-style character, it offers a demanding round shaped by its classic architecture and strong sense of place. The club also has a notable tournament pedigree, having hosted the 1986 U.S. Women’s Amateur and the 2004 U.S. Senior Women’s Amateur. Practice facilities include a driving range near the first green, along with a dedicated practice area featuring a large putting green, chipping green and bunker.
