Oakbourne Country Club is a private, family-oriented golf club founded in 1955. The 18-hole championship course is a par 72, 6,898 yards, known as a tree-lined 'shot-makers course' with mature oaks along fairways and beautiful water hazards. Designed by Louis Sibbett “Dick” Wilson and renovated in 1985 by Finger, Dye and Associates. Oakbourne has a rich tournament history: from 1958 to 1968 it hosted the Cajun Classic on the PGA Tour, closely linked to brothers Jay and Lionel Hebert. The clubhouse's Hebert Room commemorates this history.
