Newton Green, CO10 0QN Sudbury
Newton Green Golf Course is located on the village green, offering a unique village experience for golfers. The club started in 1907 and held its first AGM in 1908, later expanding the course to 18 holes. New holes opened in September 1994. With a white par of 69, course rating of 68.70, and slope of 117, the course demands accuracy and smart course management. Each hole has its own character, including out of bounds on the right at hole 1, deep water at hole 8, and the long signature hole 12, a flowing par 4/5 with ditches and strategic options.
