About this course:
The New Course at Royal Homburger Golf Club 1899 is an 18-hole course by A. Klapproth, set in a beautiful natural landscape. Ponds, streams, and tall trees give the course its character, while doglegs, strategically placed bunkers, and narrow fairways on some holes demand thoughtful play. It is a sporting challenge that leaves little room for error and remains challenging for stronger golfers. A notable feature is hole 16, where the tee is 30 meters above the terrain below. From the plateau, you can see the Frankfurt skyline, the Spessart, and the Odenwald. The course also commemorates Erol Simsek's victory at the 1995 Bad Homburg Open.
