Links Road, Mundesley, Norwich, NR11 8ES
Mundesley Golf Course, part of Mundesley Golf Club, lies on the rolling slopes of the River Mun valley, less than a mile from the North Norfolk coast. Designed with help from Harry Vardon, it offers a compact but challenging nine-hole course with eighteen tees. At 5,377 yards, it is not long, but elevation changes, wind, and views over the landscape, including sea views on the higher holes, make every round engaging and often influence scoring. The fairways and greens are known for their well-maintained condition, with sand bunkers evenly distributed across the course. The clubhouse, replaced in 1975 by a brick building, offers changing rooms, a licensed bar, restaurant, pro shop, and a terrace overlooking players and two adjacent tees. Mundesley Golf Course is considered a fair test for golfers of all levels.
