About this course:

Muir of Ord Golf Club is a Scottish 18-hole course with heathland and moorland character, set on nearly flat terrain shaped by ancient glaciers. Located in Easter Ross, it offers views of Ben Wyvis to the north and Beauly Firth to the south, with red kites circling above the fairways. The club dates back to 1875 when the first nine holes opened. In the 1920s, James Braid designed the expansion to 18 holes, playable since 1927. Notable features include the Inverness–Wick railway crossing the course and hole 12, one of the toughest par-3s in North Scotland. The clubhouse has a bar, restaurant, and small pro shop.
