Monroe Golf Club, founded in 1923, is a classic Donald Ross design with a relaxed club atmosphere. The 18-hole course features strategic wide landing zones, deep bunkers, and subtly to clearly sloped greens, with wind, pines, and rough playing key roles. Each hole demands thoughtful play, from long par 4s with narrow targets to challenging par 3s with well-defended greens. The club has a strong tournament tradition, hosting events like the 2014 Wegmans LPGA Championship, New York State Men’s Amateur, and the internationally respected Monroe Invitational.
