Michelbook Country Club is a private golf club in McMinnville, Oregon, in the heart of the Willamette Valley. The 18-hole course is a par 72 and stretches about 6,550 yards. The park-like, often tree-lined character offers a natural challenge: fairways are typically lined with trees such as redwood, cedar, and oak, which influence play on several holes, while water hazards appear strategically. The course is also known for fast, firm greens demanding a high level of putting skill. Since opening with 9 holes in 1964, Michelbook was expanded and partly renovated in the mid-1980s to the current 18-hole layout. For practice, there is a driving range, short game practice area, and a large putting green, complemented by a golf shop and a clubhouse with food & beverage. Events like the Oregon Golf Association tournaments and the Michelbook Junior Classic are also hosted here.
