Mecklenburg-Vorpommern-Platzes is part of Golfpark Strelasund, located in the heart of Western Pomerania near the Baltic Sea. This 18-hole championship course, designed by David Krause, features open fairways, rolling hills, small lakes, and restored fieldstone walls. The course offers varied landscapes, with some holes providing wide views over Mecklenburg-Vorpommern fields and others nestled among light woods. Since 2006, the club is known for its sporty yet friendly atmosphere. Facilities include a large driving range, putting greens, and a professional golf school, making it an attractive place to play and train in a natural setting.
