Meadow Brook Golf Club is a private 9-hole golf course in Reading, Massachusetts, founded in 1898. The original nine holes were designed by Scottish golf professional and course designer Alexander Findlay. The club has a rich history and hosted the annual Meadow Brook Invitational before World War I, with Francis Ouimet winning in 1913 shortly after his U.S. Open victory in Brookline. The course demands precision, featuring elevation changes, narrow landing zones, numerous bunkers, and greens that slope steeply. The front nine opens with a strong par 4, while a long par 5 with deep pot bunkers and a downhill par 3 with six sand traps emphasize the strategic nature of the course. For practice, there is a driving range, a short game area, and a putting green near the clubhouse, plus a full-service golf shop.
