Located on 330 acres in historic Caroline County, it features rolling terrain with natural springs, streams, wetlands, and wildlife influencing play. Elevated tees and sloping fairways create a varied, strategic layout with prominent water hazards. The back nine's lateral hazards add challenge, with stream and wetland crossings via natural paths or boardwalks giving the course a distinctive character. The design deeply integrates landscape and course.
