About this course:
Lydney Golf Club is a modern 9-hole parkland course on the River Severn's edge, near the Forest of Dean. Founded in 1909, it moved in 2011 to its current Naas Lane location. The USGA-standard design features fully automated irrigation, over 3,500 trees, and a secluded green setting. The course demands accuracy: many holes combine length with water hazards and bunkers, while the greens are known for their many undulations. Elevation changes and sloping greens make putting and chipping extra challenging. After the round, the fully equipped clubhouse offers a cozy atmosphere, accommodating groups up to about 40 people.
