Is this suggested description update correct: Links O’Tryon brings a touch of Scottish golf tradition to the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The 18-hole course, designed by Tom Jackson, combines rolling terrain with grass bunkers, walls, and bridges made from imported fieldstone. Along the way, golfers are rewarded with beautiful views of mountains and water, while the design offers a playing experience that is fair yet challenging enough for various skill levels. Diamond Zoysia greens and Bermuda 419 fairways and tees ensure a well-maintained course year-round. Even off the course, the atmosphere is distinctly golf-oriented, with a clubhouse modeled after the Royal Burgess Golfing Society of Edinburgh. For practice, there is a large putting green, a practice bunker, a chipping area, and lessons available through a resident PGA Professional.?
