About this course:
Leyland Golf Club is an 18-hole parkland course of 6,298 yards with par 70, set in beautifully maintained landscape. The course demands precise play and tactical insight, partly due to water hazards adding variety. Located near Preston with easy access via the M6 and M61, it is convenient for regional golfers. Established in 1924, the club started with 9 holes, expanded to 14, and reached 18 holes by the late 1960s. Extensive practice facilities include a bunker, chipping areas, and a 9-hole putting green.
