About this course:
Laytown & Bettystown Links Golf Club is a traditional Irish links course shaped by undulating fairways, dunes and coastal scenery. This 18-hole layout asks for accuracy and good judgement throughout, with recurring doglegs, elevated greens, demanding carries and the constant influence of the wind. Standout holes include the par-4 1st, The Burrows, with its undulating landing area and pot bunker protection, the par-4 2nd, The Strand, running parallel to the beach, and the 13th, Lighthouse, where the green is hidden from the tee.
With more than 100 years of golfing history, the club combines a friendly atmosphere with a true links challenge from start to finish. Caddies, golf club hire and buggy hire are available, and the club also hosted the Mary McKenna Salver in 2023, when Ireland retained the title.
