Lake Venice Golf Club is a 27-hole golf course by Venice's island side, next to the Gulf of Mexico. Designed by Mark Mahannah, holes 19-27 were redesigned in 2013 by Jan Bel and pro Rod Parry, creating a serene, natural play style. The club offers walk-on play without tee times, seven days a week, with modern lithium golf carts available. Training facilities include a driving range and multiple putting and chipping greens. The clubhouse features a casual bar and restaurant overlooking the 18th hole. Founded in 1959, the club hosted a sanctioned LPGA event in 1966-67.
