Koshkonong Mounds CC is a semi-private 18-hole, par 71 golf course in a rolling landscape by Lake Koshkonong's east shore. The course offers water views and a natural setting, challenging yet fair for all levels, with 6,591 yards. Established in 1870 as a hunting and fishing resort, golf began in 1922 using native effigy mounds as landmarks and hazards, opening in 1924. Nine holes were added in 1981. The Bear Trap on-course bar appears five times, and practice is available at a new driving range between fairways 1 and 9.
