Knoll Country Club in Parsippany–Troy Hills has two 18-hole courses on 360 wooded acres: Knoll West and Knoll East. Knoll West, designed by Charles H. Banks and opened in 1929, is a classic, wooded par-70 champion course with semi-private character and practice facilities including chipping area, putting green, and since 2017 a 22-bay driving range. Knoll East, designed by Hal Purdy and opened in 1961, is also a par-70 course offering an accessible play experience. Walking is allowed anytime and motorized carts are available. Food and drink are served at the end of the ninth hole, combining the course with practical golfer amenities.
