Hodge Park Golf Course is an 18-hole, par 70 course, 6,050 yards long, opened in 1976. It features a park-like, wooded, rolling prairie setting with native buffalo grass. Water hazards include three lakes, a creek, and two ponds, making seven holes more challenging. Ten holes reward accuracy with doglegs. Wildlife is often seen, adding character to the round. Practice facilities include a driving range with 20 mats, two putting and chipping greens, and a grass Zoysia tee. PGA Professional lessons and junior programs are available. Regular events include Superintendent’s Revenge and the Chili Classic, a 4-person team scramble.
