About this course:
Hintlesham Golf Club is an 18-hole parkland course in the rolling Suffolk countryside, near Ipswich. Designed by Hawtree & Co and later modified by Peter McEvoy in 1989, it features a par of 72 and measures 6,580 yards from the white tees. The course offers a varied but challenging round, with some water hazards and the notorious par-3 fourth hole, considered the toughest par-3 in Suffolk. The finishing hole also gives golfers good scoring opportunities. After the round, the clubhouse is a pleasant place to overlook the parkland. Hintlesham Golf Club is known for its welcoming atmosphere and is a popular venue for societies and corporate golf days.
